Terms and refunds

These terms cover the Skool community, 1 on 1 coaching and demo reviews by Eneshan Tez (42121452). Questions: eneshancs@hotmail.com.

Skool community

• Membership is a monthly subscription, billed by Skool in US dollars. The euro price on this site is an estimate.
• You can cancel at any time in your Skool settings. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Content is for your personal use only. Please do not share or resell it.

1 on 1 coaching

• A session lasts one hour on Discord and is booked through Calendly. Payment is taken when you book.
• Sessions are held in English and may be uploaded to my YouTube channel @eneshanclips.
• To move your session, tell me at least 24 hours before it starts. Later changes may mean the slot is lost.
• If you miss your session without notice, the fee is not refunded. If I have to cancel, you get a new time or a full refund.

Demo reviews

• A demo review is a recorded video of me going through one FACEIT match of yours. Send me the match link, with no overtime games.
• You get the video on Discord within 1 to 2 weeks. If I cannot deliver it, you get a refund.

Refunds

I handle refunds case by case. If something went wrong, such as a double charge, a charge after cancelling or a service I did not deliver, email me and I will look at it and fix it fairly. Please contact me as soon as you notice, with the email address you paid with. Refunds go back through the same platform you paid with, so they can take a few days to show up.

Results

I share what has worked for me and for members, but I cannot promise a specific rank or ELO. Your progress depends on how much you practice.

These terms do not limit any rights you have under Dutch or EU consumer law.
