This website is run by Eneshan Tez (42121452), contact: eneshancs@hotmail.com. This page explains what data is handled when you visit the site.

What this website collects

The site has no account system, no contact form and no newsletter signup, so I do not collect names or email addresses through it. I do not use advertising cookies.

Technical data and hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to deliver the site securely and keep it running. If I enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, it only gives me anonymous visit statistics and does not use cookies.

Third-party content

• Google Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
• YouTube: the video thumbnail loads from YouTube. If you press play, the video loads in YouTube privacy-enhanced mode and YouTube may set cookies or collect data under its own policy.
• Skool and Calendly: buttons on this site take you to Skool (community) and Calendly (booking). They process your data under their own privacy policies, including your name, email and payment details when you sign up or book.

If you contact me

If you email me or message me on Discord, I use what you send only to reply and to deliver what you booked. I keep conversations only as long as needed for this, and for my administration where the law requires it, such as invoices.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask me for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and you can object to how it is used. Email me and I will respond. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

If I add tools such as an email signup or analytics that use cookies, I will update this page first.
